  We come every Summer, from May till October to Cape Breton, and spend almost every day time at this Tim Hortons. The service is good, the coffee, and food is good too. What is different this year is, we noticed that often the tables are dirty, and the floor are dirty with food, coffee lids, and straws. This we saw never in other years. It seems the older lady that works there, is the only one that notice the dirt, and do the cleaning. A couple of times 4 times now in two weeks, I had to ask to clean the table where we like to sit. We noticed that the older lady wasn't there. Also what a shame that a couple of your friendliest staff, is not longer with you, we really miss them.
